The Small Business Support program is recommended for companies with <$5M in annual revenue. It is a streamlined process that should take 6-10 hours, spread out over about 12 weeks (it can be less, if you move through it quickly).
The process is largely self-guided. While we will send reminders to keep you on track, it is up to you to complete certification on time.
